My name is Zhiyong, Hu, and I am from the town of cuisine, Huadu, Guangzhou, China. Since 1982, I have been learning cooking skills from one of the top ten Chefs in China, Kun, Luo, who is originally from Huadu, Guangzhou. Before moving to the Town of Stouffville, I had been running another big buffet restaurant at the Yellowstone National Park in the U.S. Thereafter I opened the China Garden Buffet Restaurant at Stouffville.

The food served in China Garden is modified to adapt to the local tastes and desires. We only cook fresh and healthy food with the characteristics of light oil, low fat, and delicacy, such as the plummy, thin-skin, and crispy Sweet and Sour Chicken Ball, which are our customers’ favor, as well as the featured Sesame Chicken, General Chicken,  Sweet & Sour Pork,  Crab Rangoon, and so on.
